1. General terms and conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and sales transactions via the website www.kleiduifgent.be relating to the products offered on the website. By placing an order, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions of sale.
Kleiduif has its registered office at Groenbrugstraat 19, 9000 Ghent and is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO) under number 0732.653.371.

Kleiduif can change the sales conditions unilaterally and at any time. Any changes to the terms and conditions of sale will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of change.
Only Kleiduif's terms and conditions of sale apply to the agreement and not those of the customer. My shop is hosted on MijnWebwinkel. They offer me the online e-commerce platform with which I can sell my products and services to you.
The prices are expressed in euros and are only valid on the day of the order. Kleiduif may change the prices of the articles at any time. Only the price stated on www.kleiduifgent.be is binding between the parties.
The prices shown do not include shipping costs.
5. Payment options
For payment you can choose from the following options: payments via Bancontact, PayPal and credit card. Kleiduif will not charge the buyer for any of these payment options.
Payment of the price must be made at the time of the order, and therefore prior to delivery, using the payment methods mentioned above.
Kleiduif has made every effort to optimise the security and confidentiality of the online payment, but is in no way liable for any theft, loss of data or any other damage suffered by the buyer or a third party as a result of the online payment.
Until full payment by the buyer, the goods delivered to the buyer remain the property of Kleiduif.
Shipment will take place within five working days after receiving payment. No delay in delivery may give rise to cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages in favour of the purchaser, except in the case of deliberate delay.
Kleiduif cannot be held responsible for the damage, theft or loss of goods during shipment by the transport service. I make every effort to package the goods as well and as safely as possible.
Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may give rise to additional costs. Unless otherwise stated, my prices do not include transport and delivery of the goods to the buyer, these costs are stated separately.
The goods are only offered by Kleiduif on the webshop as long as stocks last. If, after placing the order, it appears that the goods purchased by the buyer are no longer in stock, Kleiduif undertakes to inform the buyer within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days and to issue a credit note to the buyer, thus cancelling the order. The purchaser undertakes to transfer his account number to Kleiduif without delay after the aforementioned notification, so that Kleiduif can refund any monies paid by the purchaser within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days after notification by the purchaser to the purchaser. Kleiduif can in no way be held liable if the purchaser fails to transfer the account number as stated to Kleiduif.
The purchaser irrevocably waives any right and any claim to compensation that would result from the dissolution of the sales contract due to the exhaustion of stock.
Any costs, taxes, customs and import duties as well as the formal requirements associated with deliveries outside Belgium are entirely at the buyer's expense. Kleiduif is not liable in any way for the consequences of non-compliance with certain payment, tax and/or declaration obligations associated with deliveries outside Belgium.
7. Product description
Kleiduif tries to be as accurate as possible, but I do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are accurate, completely reliable or error-free. I reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. I reserve the right to change my prices.
I always describe what I sell as completely and accurately as possible. The description is in any case sufficiently detailed to allow you to make a proper assessment. If I use images, they are a true representation of the items on offer. I cannot guarantee that the reproduction of every colour on your computer screen will be correct.
8. Loss and damage due to shipping
Kleiduif cannot be held responsible for the damage, theft or loss of goods during shipment. I make every effort to pack the goods as well and as safely as possible. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the delivered goods when they are handed over by the transport company. If the packaging of the delivered goods has been opened and/or damaged, the buyer must notify the transport company and state this on the dispatch note at the time of receipt. In the event of problems with the receipt of the parcel sent, the customer may contact the carrier.
9. Force majeure
Kleiduif is not liable for delays due to events outside my normal control. These include production interruptions, transport delays, strikes, work stoppages that may affect both myself and my suppliers, even if they are foreseeable.
10. Right of renunciation and returns
Consumers have the right to notify the Vendor (by e-mail stating their account number to email@example.com) that they are cancelling their purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of the day following delivery. The purchaser must return the product within 14 calendar days, in perfect and resalable condition, unused, undamaged, with all the original packaging, to the address below:
The Vendor undertakes, within 30 days of receipt of the product, to refund the purchase price of the product paid by the purchaser (excluding shipping costs) to a bank account number provided by the purchaser. Kleiduif can in no way be held liable if the buyer fails to transfer the account number as mentioned above to Kleiduif. In the event of incorrect return in accordance with the above, the seller will not be obliged to pay any amount and the product will remain the property of the buyer. The latter can then collect it from the seller within 14 days or it can be returned to the buyer at the buyer's express request and at the buyer's expense. The risk of returning the product as well as the cost of returning it shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.
Of course, I always hope that my customers are 100% satisfied. If you do have any complaints about my services, you can contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org. I will do everything in my power to deal with your complaint within 7 days.
I do everything possible to describe and clarify the articles on the webshop www.kleiduifgent.be as accurately as possible by means of photos. Should typing errors occur, this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this. Colours in the photographs may differ slightly from reality. Settings and the quality of the buyer's screen can influence this, as well as the incidence of light. Exchanges based on colour deviations cannot be accepted. If the customer has doubts about a particular item or requires further information, he can always contact Kleiduif. I make every effort to check my products as closely as possible for any errors or defects. I do my utmost to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints. Kleiduif cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of my products.
12. Right of revocation
The purchaser may, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of a product, cancel the purchase of a product without giving a reason or paying a penalty. In this case, I ask you, immediately after delivery, to fill in this model form and return the products within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery. This is only possible if the product has not been used and the packaging is undamaged and unopened. Shipping costs and risk of return
As imposed by the legal provisions, my products are also covered by a legal guarantee. If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller within 5 days following delivery. Any compensation for this can never exceed the invoiced/paid amount to the buyer. Normal or normal wear and tear, unintentional or deliberate changes made by the purchaser to the product, inability to submit an invoice or a valid proof of payment and various omissions are express but not exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned guarantee system. The purchaser is obliged to notify Kleiduif when the goods break down via email@example.com, accompanied by the necessary description and photos of the defects, within 5 calendar days following delivery to the purchaser. Kleiduif undertakes to remedy the defects within a reasonable period of time in accordance with the obligations imposed on it under the applicable Belgian legislation.
When you place an order on my webshop, I will of course need your details. By filling in these details on the website, you give me permission to use them. I need this information to process your order, for delivery, invoicing, marketing and advertising purposes. I keep your details absolutely private and store them in my secure, non-public database. Your details will not be passed on to third parties. As a buyer, you can request or change your details at any time. In doing so, Kleiduif respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.
No data or photos from my website may be copied or used without my express permission.
16. Applicable law
All contracts concluded with the seller are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the district of Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Conclusion of the sales agreement
Your order is complete and the agreement between us is final as soon as I confirm your order by e-mail and as soon as I have received the card issuer's approval for your credit or debit card payment transaction. If the card issuer refuses to agree to your payment to me, I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.
